Our family is blessed. All are working, or on livable retirements. We have decided that this year instead of buying gifts for the adults, we will each donate the money we would have spent on each other to charities that provide food for those in need. We live in four different states, so we are each donating locally and will send the donation cards to our siblings and Dad.
If each family that was able, would follow suit, those without would have a much nicer holiday.
