On October 2,2009, I returned from a trip at Hobby airport. I took a shuttle bus back to the Avistar parking lot on 7601 Airport. When I arrived at my car, it had been stripped. They took the trunk lid, both front headlights, door switch on the driver's side, ashtray, a/c knob, license tag, hubcap, and broke the passenger side window. Avistar said that they were not responsible for any damages and would not pay. I was giving a police report and Avistar did provide me with a rental to get home. My car is still in the shop waiting on parts. My insurance finally sent a check to cover most of the damage on Nov. 9.
