One of the several Trail Rides coming into Houston made it's way down West 1960, around the Noon Hour Thursday, February 21,2013. They are appraoching the intersection of West 1960 and North Eldridge Parkway. I had turned left onto W 1960 from N Eldridge, heading South, and I wondered what was causing the backup in traffic. I then got into the left lane and saw the reason. The Editorial comments, (Howdies and Whoop Whoops are mine because I was so excited to see some rideres coming in.
