The Buckingham senior living community has named Shannon Mendiola Human Resources Manager. The announcement was made by Julie Fenske, Executive Director of The Buckingham.
Mendiola brings to The Buckingham more than 16 years of experience in human resources management. She joins The Buckingham after holding position as Human Resource Manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement for more than 10 years. During her time with Lowe’s, Mendiola was ranked #1 in her district in 2010 and 2011 for exceptional customer service performance, and she received the highest Lowe’s employee engagement scores in the region from 2008 to 2011, achieving Lowe’s gold star status three years in a row. Mendiola is a graduate of The University of Texas where she earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Management.
