I requested a phoneline to be installed and nobody returned my call to schedule an appointment. I live in southwest houston which is a bad neighborhood and my back gate is always padlocked unless an appointment has been made. An At&t technician just decided to show-up without calling. He called his supervisor about the locked gate and his supervisor named Tim Clemens told him to do whatever it takes to get in!
At&t caught trespassing!
