Juanita Newman Williams, a Park Manor of South Belt resident, will turn 104 on Monday, May 14th. Born in Francis, OK in 1908, she moved to Houston in 1943. Juanita was married to Edward Williams Sr from 1925 until his death in 1970. The couple had 6 children, 5 are still living and 1 child died as an infant. She has 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Longevity runs in the family - her mother also lived to be over 100. She always has a beautiful smile on her face and enjoys Milky Way candy bars and keeping the nurses on their feet as she wheels around Park Manor.
