Looking out from my deck in Jamaica Beach this morning, I thought there was a lot of white flower petals in the canal. To my surprise, it was dead fish. You could not see any water for all the fish floating lifeless on the surface. It is only getting worse thoughout the day. The smell will turn your stomach.
