I suspect my sweet shih-ztu Charlie may have been stolen yesterday night. Unfortunately these pics are not recent & he has also been recently groomed. He now has a very short "puppy" style cut, he has small folded ears, big brown eyes, and a curled tail. He is afraid of strangers, if you locate him please contact at: raingirl03@gmail.com
