I live in Shady Acres - part of the Greater Heights. I purchased a new home in 2009. This home has flooded 14 times. I have reached out to the City for help, but it seems that we are at the mercy of the PWE to decide if and how they will help me. Meanwhile my safety and property value are in jeopardy.
