Hello my name is Oswaldo Rojas, just want to comment on as just a few months ago we were extreme measures with water, and is a sadness to see how wastes gallons of water just go down the drain, it already has more than 24 hours throwing and authorities did not take over, the neighbors reported but not as much as I an not done anything, I should add that this is very annoying because I have suffered from drought and this shows them the importance of our water, this makes it look relevant authorities are not competitive to achieve 100% work
hopefully do something about it I repeat it is very sad to see how water is wasted, Thanks
