This video was supposed to be submitted earlier with pictures from Pecan Grove Subdivision in Richmond, Texas. We received 5.4 inches of rain in Pecan Grove. We received approximately 3 or 4 inches of rain in about 30 minutes. The water was coming off our roof so fast that tubs were filling up in minutes. This was the most flooding we have received in Pecan Grove in the 22 years we have lived in the area.
