I was on police duty blocking traffic coming off I-10 Freeway at Main/San Jacinto Exit. San Jacinto at Rothwell and under I-10 freewy was flooded about 3 to 4 feet and directed traffic onto Walnut street then on Contti street. Traffic could not travel south bound into downtown.
