I was pulling up to fuel up at Imperial Valley and Beltway 8 and saw this car near the pumps with smoke cuming out from under the hood. The owner had enough snap to push it away from the pump before it bust into flames. HFD Ladder showed up and was able to slow the fire with a dry chemical extinguisher until a pumper arrived to put it out.
