I first noticed the hydrant had burst 2 weeks ago as I walked my dog Smocos on Cummins St. At that time the hydrant was taped off with yellow tape, therefore, I assumed the city had been called and was going to resolve the issue due to the extreme wildfire danger we are experiencing. PSSSHHHT! YEAH RIGHT! As the days went by, my Smocos and I realized it was getting worse! Then, to our society's demize, I noticed that the fire hydrant was removed and the water was freely pouring out. Why has this not been addressed by our city??
