I authorize KHOU to use this video and any others I send. This is the start of the grass fire. Fire departments from Katy, West I-10, Willowfork, Cy-Fair VFD, and others responded to this HUGE grass fire at the corner of Grand Parkway and I-10 West in Katy on Sunday, Sept. 4, around 2:30pm.
