The first photo of my granddaughter, Averie, was taken in my backyard in Summerwood in early April 2011. She wanted to play in the sprinkler but didn't want to change into a swimsuit; and, she wanted to play with her new Dora umbrella so this resulted in squeals of laughter and screams of delight. The second photo of Averie was taken at a small community park near my Mom's house in the Almeda area in April 2010. I was amazed at how clear the photo was considering she was swinging, and that smile says it all....."I'm having fun!" The third photo of Averie was taken at the Houston Zoo in late March 2011. It looks so much like she wants to ride off into the sunset on the giraffe's back. I thinks she shares my love of giraffes.
