While I was in a MetroLift vehicle on the way home just before 5 PM, several police vehicles passed by at a very high rate of speed. When we came upon the scene, my driver, a former TDC officer, stopped to watch the action. There were numerous police squad cars at the scene with guns drawn. A red car with Florida tags was occupied by a young male and two females. While recording, I heard the officers give the command to the suspects to exit the vehicle and get on the ground. One was slow to respond and the tension was reflected in the officer's commands!
