Traffic lights at SH99 (Grand Parkway) and Kingsland Blvd (West Bound) are not working properly and causing an annoying wait to hundreds of Katy dwellers. Typically, it used to be a smooth traffic at these lights and hundreds of vehicle pass by this area.
In the evenings during peak hours from 4pm to 7 pm, its indeed annoying (long unusual wait) since traffic light allows only 3 to 4 vehicles at a time while 30 to 40 vehicles wait on line.
Through KHOU News channel, seeking appropriate authorities to attend / solve this complaint at the earliest.
