New Caney ISD clearly has shown a failure to give LaKay appropriate care, whether caused by ignorance, laziness, racial bias, or mean-spiritedness, or some combination of these things. New Caney ISD is trying to covering up their illegal actions. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and the District Special Education Department has not only bullied me, but has disregaurded the Disability Act that is set into place to protect my daugher.
