He is made of PVC pipe wrapped in whatever materials I had handy and of course dressed. I am a retired Mailman so thought it might be fitting to dipict one. Located at 17418 Emerald Isle Dr., Houston, Tx. and I love watching people drive by, back up, take photo's and even one admitted to asking him if he needed help while walking her dog.
