After hearing your story last week (about Ferraris illegally parked) it brought out a very common abuse. This isn't something new -it happens all over town. Evidence that even after your story ran all week people continue to disregard the law and apparently are very selfish. Sorry for them that they can't really comprehend life for those that really are to occupy those parking spots
