HOUSTON, TEXAS - Deep tropical moisture is set to impact southeast Texas for the end of the week and the upcoming weekend. Temperatures will stay about the same but the rain threat will increase.
Today is only the beginning of our wet weather pattern for the next seven days. If you are looking for an excuse not to wash the car... JACKPOT!
A system out of the pacific northwest combined with an upper area of low pressure in the gulf will provide the increased rain chance. Today- don't expect more than a quarter of an inch of rain. By the end of the week we could pick up a half to an inch of rain every single day.
Bottom line... stay weather ready and keep that umbreall handy my friends!
