HOUSTON -- Friday will bring another day of sunny skies and temperatures in the 70s to southeast Texas, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“We had 50s and 60s out the door early this morning,” said Johnson. “By this afternoon we’ll have mid- to upper-70s in place.”
Some patchy, light fog was reported in the Houston area. Most of this will burn off when the sun comes up, leaving us under mostly sunny skies until at least Monday.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, our seven-day forecast shows a 40-percent chance for rain as temperatures drop back into the mid-60s for at least a few days.
Have a great Friday and a safe weekend.
