HOUSTON -- There’s another winter storm on the way that will impact our area, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Overnight into Tuesday morning, it will be humid with temps in the mid-to-upper 60’s.
It’ll be warm and breezy on Tuesday with temps in the low 80’s. The breezy conditions could cause wind advisories to go into effect as we head into the afternoon.
Do not put your jacket away just yet because another storm system will move into our area and bring colder temps on Wednesday. Thunderstorms will begin in central Texas in the morning, but they will make it to southeast Texas by lunchtime. Some of the storms could be severe, especially north of Interstate 10.
The rain will stay through Thursday and high temps will only be in the 60’s. It will be a winter-like day, but hopefully our last one of the season.
