HOUSTON -- Our spring-like weather pattern will continue through the weekend, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Before the weekend arrives, we’ll have another round of patchy fog overnight. Between 10 p.m. to midnight, the fog will start in areas near the coast. As we move towards 7 a.m. Friday, the fog will move inland.

Overnight into Friday morning, lows will dip into the upper 50’s in the northwest counties. Overnight lows for the southern and central counties will be in the 60’s.

The weekend will be gorgeous! Highs in the afternoons will be in the low 70’s.

Temperatures will eventually cool off, but not until the middle of next week.

Our next cold front moves in Tuesday. It will also bring with it our next chance for rain. Temps will be cooler on Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the low 60’s.
