HOUSTON -- Everybody is getting rained on in southeast Texas Thursday evening, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul. The soggy weather will continue into Friday afternoon.
If you don’t have to travel, stay inside because all of the roads are wet and visibility is reduced.
The storm system that might bring in a couple of thunderstorms on Friday is out west, but moving our way.
You can expect highs on Friday to be in the 50s and some areas will reach the 60s. The rain will come to an end in the afternoon or early evening.
Saturday and Sunday will be beautiful. We’ll have sunny skies with highs in the upper 50s.
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day will be wet, so if you have plans to be out and about, make sure to take an umbrella.
