HOUSTON -- There’s a chance for a couple of showers and a possible thunderstorm as you begin your Tuesday morning commute, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul.

Overnight it will be mostly cloudy, mild and in the low 60’s in the northern counties.

From Houston down to the coast, temps will be in the mid-60’s overnight. Rain chances continue -- especially for the coastal counties -- overnight and into Tuesday morning.

There’s a chance for scattered showers through late Tuesday afternoon. Things should settle down in the early evening.

On Wednesday, thunderstorms will move into our area again.

A cold front pushes in on Thursday, and the temperature will be unseasonably cool on Friday and Saturday.
