HOUSTON -- Temperatures Saturday morning will be 20 degrees below normal, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Temps overnight will be in the upper 30s and low 40s in southeast Texas.

You’ll wake up Saturday with temps in the low 40s, but they’ll rebound later in the day. By noon, the temperature will be 65 degrees and by 3 p.m. it’ll be sunny and in the mid-70s. Winds will continue gusting during the day out of the west and southwest at 10-15 mph.

Your Cinco de Mayo forecast will be beautiful. Expect sunny skies and temps in the mid-70s on Sunday.

Sunny days and temps in the 80s will continue through next week. Our next chance for rain comes next Friday with a 20 percent chance for showers.
