HOUSTON -- We could get away with a cloudy and humid Saturday with just a few showers, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Overnight and early Saturday morning expect temperatures to be in the upper 60’s with muggy conditions. During the day, temps will reach 80 degrees and there’s a chance we could have a few showers in the afternoon and early evening.
Sunday is when we have the better rain chance. Thunderstorms will begin to push into our northern counties starting at midnight. By 7 a.m., they will make their way into Houston. The line of storms should move out of the area in the evening.
Temps will be near 80 degrees Saturday through Wednesday. The warmer temps will be accompanied by rain chances each day.
By the end of the next work week, temps will dip down into the high 60’s. Download our free HOU Weather app on your iPhone or Android featuring 12-hour forecasts, radars, conditions, coastal weather, satellite imagery and web cams. Also, look for our WeatherCaster iPad app in the App Store.
