HOUSTON -- We’re seeing spring-like weather right now, said KHOU 11 Meteorolgoist Chita Johnson. We should be in the lower 60’s right now for afternoon highs, but many areas hovered around 70.

Areas will have mostly clear skies for the rest of the evening hours.

Temps for our northern counties will be in the mid-to-upper 40’s Tuesday night. Temperatures Wednesday afternoon will be in the upper 60’s to lower 70’s.

The central and southern counties will have increasing clouds and patchy fog overnight, with temps in upper 40’s. On Wednesday, temperatures will be about 10 degrees above average and in the lower 70’s.

Mild conditions and plenty of sunshine will continue over the next few days.

There’s a 30-percent chance for showers on Friday morning. We’ll probably get a few tenths of an inch.

Sunshine will continue through the weekend, even though we’ll have a cool down on Saturday and Sunday with temps in the low 60’s.
