HOUSTON – Wednesday's weather brought hard-to-miss changes you could feel—warmer temperatures and more humidity, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“Overall today, it should be dry, but we are going to see a 20- to 30-percent chance of isolated showers throughout our afternoon,” said Johnson. “It should be just passing showers, but Thursday and Friday we’ll see a better chance of more widespread showers.”
By lunchtime, showers were already popping up in west Houston and along the coast.
Wednesday’s forecast high temperature is 92 degrees.
The seven-day forecast shows high temps mostly in the upper-80s with a chance for scattered showers through the weekend.
Friday brings our best chance of rain at 40 percent.
