HOUSTON -– It will be warm and muggy again on Tuesday, but more clouds will be moving in ahead of big changes in our weather, said KHOU 11 Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Temperatures were in the upper-60s and low-70s in the early morning hours. This afternoon we’ll top out around 83 degrees.
“Starting to track across the country from the west right now we have our next area of low pressure,” said Johnson. “We’ll have some counterclockwise flow moving in late tomorrow into Thursday, and once it does pass it will continue to bring that cooler air behind it.”
The cooler air will also bring a 50-percent chance for rain starting Wednesday afternoon with daytime temps in the upper-70s.
On Thursday there’s a 40-percent chance for rain as daytime temps drop into the mid-60s.
Friday will also be nice and cool in the low-70s under sunny skies.
Things warm up but stay sunny through the weekend.
