HOUSTON – Rain chances remained in the forecast Monday evening, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul said.

“We could see scattered thunderstorms overnight, and then we should clear out,” Paul said.

Tuesday morning is expected to be chilly at the bus stop, Paul said. The day will begin with lows in the upper 40s.

“You’ll need to bundle yourself up and your kids,” he said.

It will be sunny and breezy Tuesday with highs in the upper 60s.

The rain returns Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before clearing out again for the weekend.
