HOUSTON—Another muggy, hot day is in store for Wednesday with conditions feeling even warmer due to the humidity, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman.
Right now humidity is at 77% with a slight breeze. The morning will start off in the low 70s with afternoon highs in the low 90s. From Houston down to the coast, there may be a haze in the morning due to a fire in west Texas.
Heavy storms are currently affecting Oklahoma, and it’s that storm system that may move south into the Houston area by Thursday evening or Friday morning. That will drop temperatures to just below 90 to provide some relief from the heat.
