HOUSTON -- Tuesday morning will start off foggy for areas south and west of Houston, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson. The fog will develop overnight, so for those commuting in, please use caution.

Overnight it’ll be cool with temps in the 40’s.

Tuesday will start off in the 40’s and will build to the mid-60’s. We’ll have mostly sunny skies, so get ready for a pleasant afternoon!

On Wednesday and Thursday, temperatures will make their way to the lower 70’s. That’ll put us about 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Our next front moves in Friday morning and will bring with it a 30-percent chance for showers.

After above-average temps during the work week, we’ll have a cool down on Saturday and Sunday. Expect highs around 60 and lows in the lower 40’s.
