HOUSTON—Wednesday morning you are going to need a jacket and an umbrella, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul said.
“It will be windy and cold in the morning and it just won’t warm up that much,” he said. “By noon a batch of rain moves right across the Houston area.”
It will be cloudy and chilly by 5 p.m., he said.
“Some neighborhoods may not make it out of the 50s, it’s going to be another winter day in April,” Paul said.
There’s also a chance for rain on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as daytime temperatures creep back into the 80s.
