HOUSTON -- There’s a rain chance redeveloping in time for Thursday morning’s commute for the coastal counties, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Overnight lows in the northern counties will be in the upper 40’s and low 50’s. On Thursday, temps will be in the low 70’s with a mix of clouds and sun.

The southern counties will have overnight lows in the 50’s. Then, during the day temps will struggle to reach 70 degrees with mostly cloudy skies.

A warming trend begins Friday as temperatures return to 80 degrees. There’s also a slight chance for rain showers for the next seven days.
