HOUSTON -- There’s a slight rain chance for Easter Sunday, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

No freeze is expected overnight as temps drop into the mid-to-upper 30’s

After a cold start to your Wednesday morning, the temperature will rebound to 57 degrees at noon and will almost reach 70 degrees in the afternoon.

It will be mostly sunny and just over 70 degrees on Thursday.

Normal temperatures for this time of year return on Friday when the high is 75 degrees.

It looks like the weekend will be soggy on both days, but the rain should be light to moderate with no threat of severe storms.
