HOUSTON -– Nicer weather returned for the start of the weekend, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Thursday's wet weather moved out of Texas by the evening hours, leaving us with a few clouds on Friday.
“We have dry conditions out the door this morning,” said Johnson. “We’re not expecting any rain today or tomorrow.”
Friday’s forecast high is in the upper-60s under partly cloudy skies.
Saturday will still have a few more clouds and a daytime high of 70 degrees. Sunday a slight chance for rain returns as temps top out in the mid-70s.
Daytime temperatures cool down to the mid-60s again on Monday. Overnight lows will be in the 40s and 50s through next week.
