HOUSTON -- Early morning rain will move into the Gulf of Mexico leaving us with a muggy and cloudy Thursday, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“Temperatures started out in the 50s and 60s,” said Johnson. “It’s not a cold start to the day, but you’ll still probably need that jacket. Take the umbrella with you, too, but you won’t need it by this afternoon.”
We’ll top out around 70 degrees Thursday with no chance of rain later in the day.
Friday looks to be mostly sunny with a high temp near 70.
On Saturday the chance for rain returns for several days as temperatures drop heading into next week.
