HOUSTON – Early morning temperatures north of Houston were below the freezing mark just before sunrise, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
Closer into town we were in the mid-30s this morning. Tuesday afternoon, we’ll top out in the mid-50s.
“It looks like it’s going to be a chilly day, just barely getting to 50-degrees by noontime,” said Gomez. “In your seven-day forecast you can see it’s going to be another frosty night tonight.”
By Wednesday morning we’ll again bottom out in the low-30s, but things will warm up from there.
Afternoon temps will be in the 60s and 70s toward the end of the week.
There’s a 40-percent chance of rain on Saturday as temps top out at 75-degrees.
