HOSUTON -- Light winds and clear skies will give us chilly temps Wednesday night, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Overnight Wednesday, are few spots in the northern and western counties could see the temperature drop down to freezing for one to three hours.

The majority of the northern counties will have overnight lows in the low 30’s. On Thursday, temps will rise to the mid-60’s.

From Houston down to the coast, overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 30’s. Temps will reach the upper 60’s Thursday afternoon.

This will be the weather pattern through the weekend. Be prepared for chilly mornings with lows in the 30’s and 40’s and afternoon highs near 70.
