HOUSTON – Thursday will bring more hot and humid weather to the Houston area, but there may be a slight break in the temperature, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said.
“It will start at 79 degrees, kind of balmy early on and temperatures will quickly rise, we may not get to 100 degrees,” he said.
However, the heat index will make it feel like it’s between 103 and 108. We also have another ozone watch in effect.
The seven-day forecast shows an increasing chance for rain starting on Friday and lasting through Monday.
