HOUSTON—A few more clouds have moved into the Houston area, which means our humidity is on the rise, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
Temps will warm up to the mid-80s today, he said.
Thursday we have a 30-percent chance for a few scattered showers.
Storms will begin to roll into southeast Texas starting Friday morning. Some of the storms will be strong to severe, and the threat will last through Saturday. There’s a 60 percent chance for rain and storms both Friday and Saturday.
We’ll get a break from the rain on Sunday with temps expected to be near 80 degrees with cloudy skies and a slight chance for rain.
Next week is looking nice and sunny with afternoon temperatures around 80.
