HOUSTON – Although the work week will start off chilly, expect to see clear sunny skies Monday morning, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
Overnight temps will leave us in the low-30s for the early morning commute, but a warming trend will have temps breaking into the 60s Monday afternoon.
This weather will continue as highs get closer to the 70s on Wednesday and Thursday.
The atmosphere will remain dry over the next few days, but rain is expected to return to the Houston area by Friday.
A cold front scheduled to arrive next weekend could make for some chilly weather for the holiday week.
