HOUSTON -– Monday will be steamy with scattered showers across the Houston area, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
There’s a 40-percent chance for rain with a forecast high around 88 degrees today.
The chance for scattered rain sticks around the rest of the workweek.
“Daytime temperatures will remain in the lower-90s for much of this week,” said Johnson. “Friday night into Saturday we have a big cold front moving through, and we’ll have a nice temperature drop by Sunday morning.”
Saturday there’s a 40-percent chance for rain with a high around 84 degrees.
Sunday morning we’ll have a low around 58 degrees. That afternoon we’ll only top out around 82 degrees under clear skies.
