HOUSTON – Scattered showers will make for wet roads in Houston through early Tuesday afternoon, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“Rain will be tracking west to east through the morning,” said Johnson. “Most of the showers will move out by about 1 or 2 p.m.”
We’ll top out around 60 degrees this afternoon as the skies start to clear.
Wednesday will be sunny with early-morning lows in the 40s and daytime highs in the mid-50s.
Thursday another cold front moves through, bringing a chance for rain and dropping our temperatures into the 30s.
Icing shouldn’t be an issue, but cold temps and a slight chance for precipitation continue Friday and Saturday before the sun starts to return on Sunday.
By Monday our daytime temps will be back in the low-60s.
