HOUSTON – Wednesday starts a warming trend that will last the rest of the week, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“I have a 10-percent chance for a stray shower today, and that’s mainly along the coastline,” said Johnson.
We’ll top out around 95 degrees under mostly sunny skies Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday through the weekend will be a little warmer, but a chance for rain and a few clouds return on Sunday.
Next week the daytime temperatures stay in the mid-90s with a 20-percent chance for rain Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
