HOUSTON – If you like the warm weather, enjoy it while it lasts because another cold front is on the way, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
We’ll top out in the low-80s under mostly sunny skies Wednesday.
“We’ve got a beautiful next couple of days, and then the bottom drops out,” Garner said.
On Thursday, rain returns to the forecast as daytime temperatures drop into the mid-70s.
A cold front will chill things down to the mid-40s early Friday morning and the mid-30s during the weekend overnight hours.
The chance for rain continues into early next week with daytime highs in the low-40s.
