HOUSTON -- There's a small chance for rain on Friday and temps will be muggy and warm – even in our overnight hours, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Temps kick off Friday in the high-70s and top off at 93 degrees.

“There's only a 20-percent rain chance,” said Paul. “Keep the umbrella handy.”

It may feel like summer already, but the official start of summer doesn't arrive until this Saturday.

There’s no significant chance for rain in the 7-day forecast.
